Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not at this time.
  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. After your order has shipped and a shipping tracking number issued, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Customers with site accounts can login and review their "Orders"
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    You can track your shipping status after the fulfillment stage. Time to fulfill will vary 1-5 days depending on the item.
  • How can I change my order?

    You will need to email or call to support to request changes to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    We accept returns and exchanges on all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us by mail. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Do you provide refunds?

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that a $3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • What about defective or damaged items?

    We also accept returns and exchanges for defective or damaged products. If your item arrived damaged or has a defect, please contact us right away with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
  • Conditions

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
    • A $3.00 restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Tea Products

    Please note: Due to the consumable nature of loose leaf tea, tea products are exempt from our standard return policy. We will gladly replace or refund any tea that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used tea products.

    The program is available exclusively to customers with a registered account on our website. Guest checkouts do not earn or redeem points.
  • How do I earn loyalty points?
